This product is composed of dried Mugwort plant that has been aged, refined, assembled, and cut into sticks for optimal use. Size is 18 mm X 200 mm To use, simply light the moxa stick with open flame. Apply product to acupoint at a controlled distance until therapeutic effects are achieved. Best for healthy individuals with stiffness or pain at shoulders, neck, back, knees or joints. Not suitable for those allergic to moxa, breastfeeding or pregnant.
